many ban appeals that get answered by staff are immidiately locked
if a person asks a question why and some staff gives the ban info its immidiately locked thus forcing the person to make another thread trying to get unbanned and so on and so fourth because they are impaitient
it is called ban appeals they appeal there to try to get unbanned, and many of whom had just created the forums account just to appeal so they barely even know whats going on
uh maybe not immidiately lock the thread when you answer ban appeals without resolving the ban issue or even letting the person banned have a chance to explain themselves and not spam make threads?

I agree with your suggestion.
However if a player gets denied from being unbanned and starts to spam the section with protests and complaints, then immediately locking their thread is acceptable. :P

Or just make them that only staff and the person who made the appeal talk.

If a person asks a question such as "Why was I banned?" A staff member shouldn't immidiately lock the thread after saying "Flyhacks in sky wars" They should keep it open until something happens such as the person trys making a ban appeal.
The times when a ban appeal should be locked are if:
-The ban appeal has been answered (Accepted/Denied)
-An argument breaks out
-Duplicate thread/Spamming Threads

Yeah, this guy made a convo with me like nearly a year ago saying he got banned. His appeal got denied, but he came back a few weeks ago and made another appeal. Got denied. He didn't even get s chance to speak because his appeals kept getting locked. Ridiculous.

They can explain themselves on the ban appeal itself, we lock the threads to prevent spam or if we’ve already dealt with it.

Although, I wish ban appeals were only allowed to reply if you were the user who created the thread / a staff member.
Then we wouldn’t have to lock the threads all the time.

Also, whenever someone gets banned it’ll give them a message like “believe this is a mistake? Go to blahahag” ban appeals are if they think they’ve been mistakenly banned, most people just make ban appeals because they can’t accept the fact they’ve done something wrong or don’t understand why.. which is fine, wait does any of this make sense? :notworthy:

Overall the ban appeals are locked for a reason, users which are temporarily banned normally don’t get unbanned anyways - it’s just something we agreed on.

Users banned by the watcher rarely get unbanned, unless the ban is false or their network is banned - it’s warrior’s rules.

Users which are permanently banned for hacks - I think common sense could’ve told them it was unfair.. so if they firstly lie, they don’t really deserve another chance.
