I got banned on accident

So I was on Bow spleef and I was muted for 1 day and 12 hours. But on one of the Bow maps There was this time where I was supposed fall but I fell into this corner. At first I didn't know what was going on untill I saw where I was.

I really need a staff to unbann me because I wasn't hacking, This is my first time being banned on brokenlens for the past 2 years.

Sorry but no, I’m pretty sure you knew where you were standing, you were even crouching. This counts as glitch exploiting. You can wait the 7 days.
