They release the update when they need beta testers because they can't find anybugs And a couple thousand people can, and then when its relatively bug free they release it there not like "alright mate, we've finished the update in one month should we release it?" "No mate we release a update every 3 months, we just need to wait 2 months then update the game so people think we worked hard" "alright mate, but that idea is stupid why not update the game onece we are done with everything in the update?" "Didn't you listen mate, if we release an update after one month of coding it people will start expecting 12 updates a year because they're impatient"
