new idea for staff watching people

i have an idea to make staff can use a command that can make them invisible like the / command that is all, maybe that'l make staff easier watchine those hacker or cheater because they can't see them only staff or mod and admin can see them. thx

But how will the player know we're a staff member? We can still change our skin.. whenever I nick myself I change my skin, unless I'm nicking myself for fun.
