As others have said, it is a small map.
I agree with Verified Fangirl that you should perhaps add another hospital wing, and perhaps more hospital rooms.

I also personally think that the map is a bit bland and blank. I suggest expanding the block palette to give it some pops of color and shape. Maybe add some designs in the walls and make up a roof design rather than just keeping it the same color as the walls. Add in some redstone lamps as lights, add some slabs to give it more shape and dimension, etc.

However, since it is only a piece of the map, I won't give out too many suggestions.
Overall, I like the map xD It's cute. I also like how you added in a flag, multiple stories, and used white stained glass to fit the block palette of the build.

White for the exterior, blue for the interior. Such as being windows for hospital rooms from the hallways or just as a background for a wall design.

Updates for the map. Ive changed the Hospital because the old Hospital is kinda hard to update the Map so ive created a new hospital. Bigger and better. So I hope you like it. I only have 1 picture of the new map.

Hello im back and I have more updates of the map. Its now almost complete. I just need to fill up the Hospital with hiding spots and decorations. Before I get started what upgrades can I add more for the map? Also here's some screenshots of the map.
