I'm still permanently banned

Good day brokenlens staff and members, yesterday I posted a ban appeal and yesterday and after that I checked my mcpe to get a screenshot of the "You are banned" message. When I did, I can log in my account again so I thought the ban has been lifted. So I agreed when a staff ask me if everything was fine and that she could lock the thread. But this morning I checked and it now again says that I'm still permanently banned

and that maybe I managed to get in the server yesterday because my wifi was super slow that time because it was raining and it lagged me in to the server.

She used my xbox acc to register that username and played with that ign in brokenlens. That was the first and last time I'm letting her play on the server so not anymore.

I never had heard that again xD, banned for no reason :v, can you go check if you are banned or not again? If you are still banned I will ask ssun if she can unban your network for this reason
