Well, since the server has a new feature (that I believe is temporary), I spammed tap the NPC and to join a game and I got glitched in the air

(Lesson learned, never spam tap an NPC)

The way to fix this is for the player to do /hub ( or /lobby) to reset it

This has happened to me and I’ve feared getting reported and banned for “hacking”
