None. And what harm do they cause? None...

This is not microsoft or google, these staff *MEMBERS* are not officially employed in an organization with an official paycheck, they are people with some administrative rights on the server and forums.

But still, this place can't be like this. The management is bad. This might be a server in a block game, but look at other servers. They are so well organised and their systems and everything is neat and the management's good. The top 3 servers of Minecraft Bedrock Edition (By voting system) are way better and organised than BrokenLens.

BrokenLens does need management as it grows as a company, but it still doesn't make sense to remove administrative rights from inactive accounts just because some bored kids think it doesn't look cool or right.

Okay, so why is vertx not doing anything yet? I, personally, don't have any problems with inactive members, but we all need more active staff members. We need staff members who can be there when we need them.

He is always doing something, you just can't see it. Some months ago a web page dedicated for staff applications was released, so I guess it addresses the problem of "not enough" active staff members.

And lets be honest alot of us who are vying for staff havent really been reporting or “helping” whatever is classified as helping, just sitting around and playing minigames till something happens
understandable why no one has become staff until pine who has been reporting for eons and helping out finally had her dream come to fruition
