This was gonna be a reply to Hazard's thread but, since it's been locked, oh well, here's a brand new thread xD I can't be bothered to fix the text into something that doesn't sound like a reply though so yeet. I'm sorry.

Okay, Hazard, I 100% totally understand where you're coming from. A lot of the (older) staff members have been really quiet or really inactive as of late.
Woona is growing up. So are all of us. At some point, we're all gonna, like, go to college and die and stuff. However if Vertx really wants to keep the server running, I would probably go with this, too. I have no doubt that Woona is a great builder and redstone engineer, I have seen what she can do myself. However, she's almost done with senior year and she's moving on to college and all which will no doubt take up a lot of her time. Plus, as you've stated, I believe Woona has said that she is growing out of Minecraft. With all this in mind, I believe that Vertx should get his head out of the codes and focus on the staff team for just, like, 2 minutes and decide whether or not some staff should just... be replaced, already.
I have seen all of them come and go. They are all amazing at their job. However, they're gone now. There is no point in keeping them, when they won't be doing anything for the server.
This server started out as a hobby, a dream, a passion (as you can tell by what Vertx has stated in the "About Us" section at the bottom of the page). However, it's turned into a damn huge reality, and Vertx... if you really, really want this server to thrive, then you'll need to do more than just hard coding.

@_PineappleDeath_ Madds, I don't mind if you want to lock, or delete this thread to prevent spam, or drama, or basically every bad thing that most likely will ensue. But, I just felt like this had to be said.
