Strafing is good. Try and get them confused because they don't know where you are going , and just repeatedly hit them.

While you're killing go backwards and when the opponent comes front spam kill him

Strafe.
Then go back to a far distance and use your bow.
If you missed , go in and kill him using Strafing.
