It doesn't matter who does more than another one, all of the members considered "TRULY staff members for brokenlens" cited above have not written a single line of code for brokenlens, so does it mean they have no value? I don't think so, no ranks will be taken away just because a certain member does not reply to the same amount of threads and questions as another member. Inactive members are not causing any harm for the server, and once they come online again they can help someone if they are willing to. And remember that it is not a full time job, the staff members are only friendly people who were trusted to have moderation capabilities and can eventually help the server and the community when they have free time.
