[TheWatcher]Fishing rod can be used to get people kicked

Pretty much simple process to activate (because it's not supposed to do that),
Description:Assuming the watcher is subject to be updated and upgraded, using the fishing rod will get them automatically kicked (but last time I used it [like 4-5 days ago] what it did was throw them up and made them die by fall damage)

Fun fact : TheWatcher detects this but not fly hackers that literally have flied for 20+ seconds

But pulling them up and seeing them go to the void is funnier

Maybe the watcher didn't detect tgw fly hacks but it detected speed hacks at that time.
