Many people are like you. I'm like you.
I hate fighting. I absolutely detest it. It's what causes friends to go against one another, causes people to cut ties with those they love. Fighting causes all sorts of bad things in this world. It makes people lose one another. It makes people go to war with others. It makes people go to war with themselves. Every day, a battle is fought. Some people come out victorious, some people come out wounded.
The most interesting thing with fighting is that there is never only one party involved. There are always at least two. The ones who push; who push the other party, who goad them. The party who teases until they go too far, the party that won't back down. But then there's the other party. The party who tries to hold back, who tries to be the bigger person. But in the end, someone breaks. It's an all out war of tug of war, people pushing and pulling from both sides.
But honestly. It's not the fighting that worries me most anymore. It's the people who try and pick the fights. The people who say things without thinking, the people who do things without thinking of the consequences. Then theres the people who try to help but keep getting shut out and beaten down. They eventually will start retaliating.
Fighting is inevitable. We are all human. We all have morals and flaws. Some people are just better at controlling them and their temper.
