He needs to contact his network adviser. Sometimes specific network providers have their programming mixed up. They'll help him fix it. No matter how embarrassing showing a grown man/woman your Minecraft problems. After all, their number one priority is you :)

But they’d have to help you, if they don’t that would lead to the customer leaving a bad review, a bad review could change someones mind of joining that network, hence they loose money, and you loose your job.

Kinda. Most people really don't care
Tbh the more people who care get better jobs
People who don't care get jobs at McDonald's subway or walmart.
People who do care get jobs at like Microsoft or bigger companies
The reason for this is because people who don't care don't get accepted at higher paying job places because they don't put in enough work
More people at Microsoft or other big companies actually want to have a better future so they put in more work to get hired see what I mean

"People who don't care get jobs at McDonald's subway or walmart" This quote is definitely wrong, you see the people who you say don't care 75% of the time come out and become the manager or owner of that business
"People who do care get jobs at like Microsoft or bigger companies" I know tons of people who do care but still get jobs at like walmart, subway etc

You can care and still get a job at McDonalds why you ask?

Nothing is wrong working at McDonalds, the only thing people nowadays see it as a non-professional job but that doesn't prove anything.

People who actually want a job will get a serious job, like a Network provider. I used to work for Vodaphone, and I wanted to have that job not only for money, but to help people get access to the world wide web. Let’s lock our little conversation to not cause a majour agument.

Also, I work at Foodland, it’s like Walmart and Macka’s, but it’s a small supermarket, and I’m desk support, I don’t get payed as much as a normal casheer might, but at least I can help.
