He states in the provided screenshot above “Welp, I’ve been banned 19 times and I’ve bypassed them bro. Shhh don’t tell anybody, lol. I only told you this, I’m acting diff so no one knows me.”
His ign has a “q” in it and he exposed himself of bypassing more than one occasion. Could either be iifaded_ or demoniq

The system decides on which type of ban a user gets.
(Such as network, ip etc.)

People that bypass usually use good/stable/secured/fast vpns like "ultrasurf"
Everyone that downloads the vpn and enables it gets their own location, and your location changes everyday on that vpn. (Every 24 hours)
You don't get the same location connections as other people, it doesn't work like that...

Vpn is basically a server. So yes it works like that. If ure banned on a server, The location will be banned. There isn't infinite of servers in this world.

Yeah but not everyone gets the same location and exact ip you know?
It's usually different for everyone.
And almost everyone uses "ultrasurf" because of someones video on how to bypass a network ban on brlns.

When you enable your vpn and choose to connect to a country like Australia then you get one ip and you're stuck with that one. Obviously the ip will eventually be banned.
But when someone else uses the same vpn and connects to the same country you've connected to they get a different "ip" and they are stuck with that one, it's not the same exact ip for everyone...
