No, it’s not bannable nor muteable.
Unless she uses any inappropriate language then no, it’s okay.
She’s simply just helping you.

I agree but seriously, what else would be more efficient to find campers than to get someone to help you find them, not like we'll use xray and risk getting banned or use a tedious method of searching for them.
