Bow shot god or combo god?

Ok, so as I played like a regular person would, I found out that this guy was winning irregularly(?) So as I was investigating this person, he knows this

He knows kits exist, definitely knows how to speed bridge, has never missed a bow shot and can hit from very far away and claims he plays........

And he knows I was tryna to catch him so he said "fox you don't need to catch me" "im Legit" so it's suspicious that he would say that ._. so this person knows or has been banned or just installed some clients or something
So I don't want to accuse that this person is bypassing or hacking (lmao hackusated) but the hits he provides or quite weird and seems that he never missed a bow shot Even if 30 blocks away ._.
