When someone sneak attack up on your island and knocks you off..

How to avoid it?
Look around your island and make sure there isn’t anything fishy going on.
Example:
A player is legit staring at your island holding an ender pearl.

Also another way to avoid it

Since I get rushed pretty often I always do the following:
  • Look around me to see if any nametags appear to be in a place where it wouldn't above an island(assuming I'm underground).
  • Snipe em or try to threaten them to back off if I catch them
  • Fight for my life if they do make it to my island

I don't sneak attack lol. When someone is bridging, i just stand behind them and shift and unsift and wait for them to nearly finish the bridge before knocking them off
