Ok she claims she was flying but she was using the Toolbox for Minecraft app which allows to to fly.

Oh ok i must not have seen that but is there a way she can be unbanned? She didnt know that by using Toolbox for Minecraft she was doing the wrong thing. Please she is a good kid and I can promise she wont do anything like this again
