I got permanently banned

Hello, BL staff. I've been playing your server for a long time now and it's my favorite one ever but several months ago I somehow got permanently banned without warning. I think it said I was using a creative hack but I don't even know what that is. I did not do anything against the rules and would appreciate if you could somehow fix this mistake. Thank you for your time and help with this issue.

I do remember that. I was just playing it and it got very laggy and I was glitching out then i continued playing it and won. I don't know what happened with that but it only happened once. Everyone said I was hacking but I didn't do anything to make it happen.

I remember an update on microbattles, is that when players die they have a statue of themselves that don't move at all. And their tag should look grey. And they should be holding an item before they die and should still be holding it. But idk if this update was 6 months ago.
