i dont understand why he isnt banned yet.

its unfair for other player, he is a hacker and he gets on the leaderboard with his hacks. he plays on blockparty and his username is unarmingdrop159. many players doesnt know that he used hacks. he pretends to get stuck in the wall but really he used teleportation hacks and fly hacks.

You have absolutely no proof this player hacks, you can’t just ban somebody because they win a lot and definitely not without any proof.
