My account got hacked and then banned

I was permanently banned from my HUMANJUGGLER682's account.
I wanna say thay my account was hacked by a hacker and he/she probably played on my account. I didnt play minecraft for 4 months and now im banned from my most favourite server. Can you pleaseee unban me? I changed my password, so the hacker cant hack me anymore. (Xbox live account password).
