Well, the reason to why you were banned it's because your brother was a hacker, then he decided to BYPASS his ban (note bypassing is totally the most grave mistake here), and resulted in a ip/wifi ban penalty, it's unlikely that he is gonna get a second chance, but there may be a way for you to play whilst your brother being in/wifi banned
