How many hackers to you have to report receive mod/admin?

I've been playing BrokenLens longer than any other mcpe server, besides *maybe* Lifeboat, and I've actively been reporting hackers for a couple of months now, and I was just wondering. How many hackers would I have to report and successfully get them banned before staff member recognize me as mod/admin material? I've applied for staff via a conversation with @vertx and @WarriorGirl3333 , but haven't gotten a response from any of them ever. I heard from someone that @ssunsett had to report at least 2,000 hackers before she could receive mod, is that going to be the same for me? I just would like to know. Tysm. :p
 
I have reported hundreds of people

I have probably got like 125 or something but you need to
help people out members.
Know commands .
Be nice (get popular).
Make people like you (no I don't mean threatening them into being ur friend).
Stay active.
Add a trait about yourself that would make you stand out as a good person to be chosen for a strong staff.

Well no you don't need to know commands. If you get staff then we would explain them to you then.
