How do u buy rank In Other Countries

Hi there,
I recently notice somethin that if I buy the Emerald Rank for $25 that means a lot of money will be taken out from by savings, since i live in the Philippines mean that 1 Peso ( our money ) means $51.62
So do I really need to pay in Dollars?

Ps if the answer is obvious then please dont be harsh on me ;-;
