A new rank?

I feel like it is too op, people with the trusted rank have more power then helper. Plus, someone might abuse the rank since you never know their true intentions.

The main idea is to give them a minimal amount of power to stop hackers, bullying and to make it so other staff can have more time off ect.
My of the commands/powers they should have are;

/baninfo (To speed along appeals)

/ban (For a maximum of at most one day, maybe even a few hours, because the idea of this isn’t to ban people, it’s to remove the threats while staff decide what to do with the person. and no, i don’t mean ‘Hey, lets ban them while staff decide’. I mean that they remove the threat until staff can get to it, and staff can then decide if the threat is bad enough to keep them banned until they come up with a punishment, or they can unban them if they don’t think it’s necessary.)

/mute (Same as /ban)

/spectate (To moniter people they think are doing bad stuffs)

/fly, /color, /stats, /tag, /bold (Normal commands)

I also think they should be able to lock threads and change names on the forums, because having just warrior dealing with that seems a bit overwhelming (Names). #WarriorIsWonderful

and i agree that @Strelitzia that have this rank bc she always report a player when she is see one ! and this rank will help to ban and mute them instead for waiting 30-45 min for a helper or moderator!

Yeah but i have to wait like 45 min after @ssunset or @Ray_Palmer_Atom or @HazardTheDutchAD to come ban the hacker and the hacker is annoying the others so its reaaly annoying and sometimes i have to quit the server and come back when the guy gets banned

well my tip is to get staff that is reaally active « like Strelitzia, thats why i taked her like an example » but i dont say that the other not deserve to be staff , maybe someone else is better ;)

some days like 6 or 7pm - like midnight theres no staff on answering reports

You’re seeing this wrong.. it’s not like ‘hey, this person has existed for a few months, here have a rank’ it’s still a staff rank that’s given when they think people deserve it.. so, there’s the ‘Emerald and staff’, ‘Appeals are for staff’ issues, and helpers can ban for a maximum of a week, and my idea is a maximum of a day, also helpers can’t mute.

Watcher = anticheat. There can only be one, and it is the code actually banning people not that creepy snowman

He's a helper. He knows that.
Core member? I mean.. What does that even mean? Helper because they help people, Trial because they are trialing to be a mod, Moderator because they moderate and Admin because they Administrate. Core member because they core. Mkay den.
For people who don't understand the watcher thing, ima explain 'cos I'mm bored.

The watcher isn't technically the snowman that wanders around trying to drown itself, that's just its' physical representation. The actual "Watcher" Is the servers Auto-Ban system also known as Anti-Cheat system. It cant ban all hackers because some clients can bypass it, and adding more Watchers would do nothing but stack what doesn't need to be stacked, it wouldn't make it better, it would make no difference.
