Letting verified reporters do /spectate

You know some mods trust some people(not me) and maybe let them do /spectate ??? so more evidence easier???

The verified reporter thing is quite good, and better if h can do /tag

Meh like this at least maybe some of us have double tag on fourms MAKE IT YELLOW PLZXD

Might get confused with other ranks (gold), I believe pink isn't in use tho

But it would make it easier to report,
Spectate hacker, instead of hoping u are in same game, or a friend is in the same game
