Why am I banned... again...and again??

So about 5 or so days ago I was permanently banned from the Brokenlens server. In that case I made a ban appeal and explained myself to @DarkRainbows he/she unbanned me, so I went back on and played again. But recently I went back on and I was perm banned again?! I'm confused because last time I played I did not break any rules or hack also I didn't get banned or kicked off the server before left. I just joined and bam I was banned again.
My theory is that @ender_bintang saw I was unbanned and assumed I hacked my way out of it, so he/she banned me again. I totally understand if this is the case, I would just like to be unbanned because I did pay for the emerald rank.

I'm not sure what their Brokenlens usernames are but their Xbox live usernames are rapidpup5072547 and cutelittlekitty or cutelittlekity.
