My Emerald Rank is Gone!

So around May, I got emerald and it didnt load the 1st time so an admin helped my out so I got the YouTube rank and now sence I saw it, I want to be emerald rank again. Look at my older messages to get permission to do this. Thank you for anyone who helps!
