My Friend Got Banned.

Helloppl of Brokenlens forums reading this. My friend @PikachuTheMurderer aka TangWah001(XboxLive account) and gamertag Tangwah002. He talked to me about his ban and he has no idea why he was banned. I said I'll help him in getting information. So @HazardTheDutchAD @ssunsett @Laura_Aria @Ray_Palmer_Atom and @WarriorGirl3333 please supply me with he in formation.

Thanks asif but my ign is DaGoldunTang now and i didnt play brokenlens yesterday whole daycuz i wanna use my computer to play(i was in my friends house) but today when i open the app and play the server it showed this account is banned from our service. im a emerald member so i can fly in the lobby also ive never hack

@PikachuTheMurderer there u have it think hard before saying I DIDNT DO IT. If someone reported u then ssunsett did it through the "Staff panel" and that can take a while.

This one? I was using computer and after i shift and click my arrows it just go to the left hand place and idek it will keep in my inventory then i just throw it down(ikr u cant see) and i just quit the game

@ssunsett I think he pressed shift accidentally and it goes to his left hand so it'll be stuck in his hand even if he joins the waiting lobby and it stills in his hand,
so he said he throwed it and quitted the game.
I think it's a false ban.
