The Server needs Money To Run. So, The Server can't give you a Free Rank. You have to buy One. If your not able To Pay, then Participate in Giveaways Held by the Staff.

Well, that's not exactly true. Staff have the freedom to organise their own giveaways server wide and these giveways are planned to be held as contests or raffles. Staff are currently looking at the best dates and time of year to host giveaways hopefully soon we can announce our first one.
P.S @ssunsett It means we don't have to buy the ranks anymore! yay

I used a credit card to buy a rank, so you don't really need a PayPal account. My dad used a credit card and it kinda came under PayPal.same as you....
I can't even create a paypal account because the country i live in is unavailbile to make a paypal account...
