Hello. if You can See this Vertx And Warriorgirl I alwayz Wanted to help this kind of server.i always wanted to be a Staff. if U don’t agree say no. And it’s my favorite servers of all . And I alwayz play on this server ..

As what wenzelee has said, I encourage you to look at those threads.
The first thread explains (It is not on page 2):
  • How to make a conversation
  • What is a staff application
  • Who to invite in your staff application (In a conversation)
  • How to make a conversation
  • A list of staff
  • Getting accpeted
  • Advice on maing your application better
  • And more.
Also, if you get accepted, you do not start from a trial/mod position, you start at Helper.

Staff are looking for people that is:
  1. Patient
  2. Kind
  3. Helpful in any way you can
  4. Eager
  5. Active on both forums and server
  6. Responsible

The main thing staff are looking for is honesty. I'd suggest you act like that way, for it may increase the chances of letting you in. start a convo with @WarriorGirl3333 and maybe @vertx in your inbox. GoOd LuCk!

Another thing we would need to see is players who can actually speak English saying most words correctly... You have already shown that you don't know your English much by saying trail when it's trial and Always not Alwayz (not sure if was an error during typing)

As for applying you got to try make your application stand out not just saying "I wanna be staff to help ban hackers" as that's what everyone says you won't stand out you most likely won't get chosen as your basically copying everyone else. I know over 27 different people who put things like that but only a few applications stand out. These would be the ones that we look for.

Also.. On the server I have seen you swearing multiple times. Swearing is not a good role model for anyone and it certainly doesn't show a good role model if you wanna try and become a staff member. This even includes roleplaying which I've also seen a lot of from you. The roleplaying would have to stop since you would be showing you are mature. Roleplaying isn't mature, although you are trying to have fun and role-play if someone asks you a question then it would be the right thing to answer it instead on continuing the role-play. I think that just about rounds up my rant

Staff need to know a players timezone because we need to know when you will be online. we can't have all the staff members in one timezone because then while they are asleep the server wouldn't be getting much moderation.
