u need to download it first and import it to ur mcpe, then do what strel told u.

Yes, I have a texture pack and it works perfectly on brlns, and I'm ios

I changed the pack into a .mcpack file, then copied it to mcpe. Then i went to global resources in the main menu and pressed it and pressed the plus button. Then, I just went into Brlns
