HELP! donutslayzzzz ban appeal. banned for no reason :(

Date/time: 12/02/17, around 7pm CST.
Server: Hide and Seek
IGN: donutslayzzzz
I honestly have no clue to why I was banned. I was just playing hide and seek and the ban message popped up. I even used another XBL account to try and join but it said the same thing. So was my ip banned or something??? Im so confused and I hope this can be fixed.
