So the home screen of MCPE just changed to this Christmas village and the splash text is in a different language. I don’t know if this is just me. Last night it had the regular background and English splash text, but after a couple minutes it changed to this. Help!

This is the result of the 1.2.7 update. They added a few things to Minecraft, here's a small list of it:
• You will see these "Presents" in the shop
• The background of Minecraft changed to a winter/Christmas them
• Bug fixes
• New maps and texture packs

If you have a texture pack on, disable it. It only shows with the default Minecraft texture pack.
