Can't seem to upload a certain picture as my PFP

Pretty much every other picture I use can be put into a thread or PFP but this one I can't upload. No matter how much I shrink it, it doesn't fit.
"The contents of the uploaded picture do not match the file's extension"
It always says that but for every other picture it works, is uploading photos something Ibis Paint X isn't compatible with? Or is it me being stupid?

Try reverting the picture to its original size. Sometimes it works .-.
