My ping is 300. ._.
Also PvP isn't really my thing, I'm more of a builder, but thanks for this help. I knew most of these things but I haven't mastered them.
Remember my best builders of bl thread (very old)
I shoulda put you there

Still thanks for these, at least I can FINALLY get some respect from other players thinking how I get 110 exp levels with terrible PVP skills.

It's the same with me XD
Aren't combos when you get a series of hits without getting hit yourself? Like I can do a 1-4 hit combo before it ends by some person hitting me. Keeping them in the air is hard since a good pvper can escape easily(unless you're win10 on a pvp server).

Well I'm not a win10 player. I also get 6-8 combo hits in 1v1 but sometimes I lag out and crash or die like a noob

Hit recharge makes 1v1s impossible especially if you have no obstacles /void to throw the person into. Somehow i feel like there is a knockback recharge

Hey guys,
A lot of people have been wondering around about how they can enhance their PvP level and today I'll tell you some good that might help you in the future

Before I get any further into this post, I am going to tell you all that what I am about to tell you will only help you so much, PvP requires precision, aiming, and patience.
So without further due, lets get started.

I. Strafeing

There are many different ways to strafe (str-ay-f):

  1. Circle strafeing
  2. Side strafeing
  3. Bunny hop

So now I’ll teach you how to use those 3 techniques:

  • Circle strafeing

- Circle strafeing on a mobile device can be a challenge. But it can be done. Get your sprint up while dragging your finger across the screen and tapping at the same time.
  • Side strafeing
- Get your sprint up and switch between the side keys to dodge hits while hitting
  • Bunny hop
- Just jump around like a high person

-----------------------------------------------
And those are the only techniques I am familiar with.

Moving on.

II. Combos

Combos are one of the keys to good PvP. A combo is when you knock your opponent into a series of air hits.

- It is a bit harder, this will require fast tapping which we will cover soon. Just get close to your opponent and hit them up into the air and try to keep them there.
Strafe to stop your opponent from getting any combos on you.

Just a note: Good combos take aiming, don’t be upset if you don’t get them down fast.

Moving on.

III. Tapping techniques

This provides a huge advantage in Minecraft PvP.

- Find a way to hold your tablet that is comfortable. Curl your finger up like a jitter clicker would, and tap like crazy. That's the best I got

Moving on.

IV. Critical hits

Critical hits are not used in BrokenLens but since every other server in the world uses them I will explain to you what they are and how to use them.

Critical hits, sometimes reffered to as critz, are when a player jumps and hits you. Trust me, it deals way more damage.

-Jump and hit your opponent

Just a note: Jumping isn’t a good idea when you're NOT fighting a noob, they can get combos on you more easily.

Moving on.

V. Good setting/FPS/PING

Good settings/fps/and ping are the key to amazing PvP.

Before we get started on this last section, I would like to explain what FPS is.

FPS stands for Frames Per Second, it’s like a lag/nolag thing. Basically, you want more of it, it will make your game run smoother.

Good settings will improve FPS. I will show you some good settings in a second. Another thing I wanted to explain to you all is what exactly is ping?
Ping is the connection between you and your wifi router or to the physical server itself. My ping is 67. Thats not a bad ping. If your ping is 140 then you must live under a rock and some crazy people’s ping is like 27, which is nuts. So lets get into good controls to take your FPS up.

Good Settings -

- Go into your video settings and turn off View Bobbing, Fancy Graphics and Smooth Lighting.

By turning all of these off, you knock your FPS sky high. This will improve your gaming and PvP experience.

Bunny hops? Ok i’ve seen this when I fought on the server. Problem though is if you jump and get hit while in the air, you take a lot of KB(like mainly, I have 250-300 ping, so maybe that’s why this happens) Though can anyone explain how does bunny hops help in pvp?
View reply.

Lol i dunno it is useless on sw but on 1v1 on mid it is helpfull with a support of walls so that you will not get too much KB and just fell of into the world

You don't just jump towards your opponent instead you need to strafe a bit to confuse your opponent.

My technique is go charging at the person, hit them, and go through them while doing that, turn around and repeat :) ;) :D :p

Many players do that technique on me, though unless you have less than half a mind, it's predictable
