thats not bullying...thats just calling you a noob. like you say a million times on the server: "I'm a noob." Noob just means you need more practice...besides bullying is repetitive insulting...this is a one time thing. and usually this wouldn't count cuz its in pvt...so just do /ignore

Lol but I know Mickiel_ he always calls himself a noob when he’s in the waiting area(this was before I got banned)
