Ban Appeal/ iiMurders.

Hello, I took the time to write this to ask for the reason why I’ve been permanently banned. Yes, today (November 19, 2017) is the day when I got banned. The time of the ban I do not know because I was banned when I was inactive but, ill that I tried to get into the server at around 11:30 am, central time zone. The server I was banned from is the BrokenLensBETA for Pocket Edition. I do want to point it out that I’ve been getting kicked from the server by the Watcher often, I didn’t think much of it because I thought I was just a bug in the server. Also, I want to mention that I did NOT use client mods or hacks in the server and The Watcher would kick me out because It thought that I was using flying hacks. I tried to reach out to Hazard but before I could type in anything I would get disconnected from the server. (this three or two days before my ban.) Yes, I’ve been banned before but only for a day, but didn’t try to get a reason because I didn’t really mind the ban. Yes, I do want to apologize for using foul language when It clearly states in the rule book to not use any sort of profanity. Also, I do not know if I got banned by an Administrator or by who was the Administrator that I got the ban from. My IGN is “iiMurders” if it’s anything but useful.

Just so you know, the use of foul language is only a mute, not a ban.

I was not using Kill Aura, the player could've had heavy lag or it could've been the other way around. Also, in the post he uses the word "suspect" so, they are not a hundred percent sure if I'm using any sort of client mods.

Hi, I was the one who reported you.
On the day of the incident, i was playing on a 5G network with a ping of around 147.
Why i suspected you?
1. All other players were moving very smoothly and there was no lag at all on my side. You apparently hit me super fast and super quick and it looked very much like killaura, that's why i said "suspect".
2. You managed to land hits on me from a far distance very quickly and moved left to right, if you were lagging, you would only do 1 hit every second or so, i believe you are an ios gamer.
3. I showed the footage to my cousin, a minecraft pro and i checked youtube for instances for killaura, and both my cousin and the videos confirmed that it was very much like killaura
4. I have played with you multiple times before and you never did so well, and you suddenly hit so well out of nowhere really caught me off guard and i remember the last time playing with you was just the night before at midnight.
5. You also did not really take knockback
I do believe that there is a chance that this may be a staff error, but i'm pretty sure you were using hacks. I've seen legit players who got mistakenly banned for killaura but this time it really seems like you're hacking.
If you really did hack, please truthfully admit and staff may help you. Thanks for your time, have a nice day

You got reported by wenzelee for using kill aura. If you really think that you are using it.

Please be sure to tell the truth. If you didn't tell the truth, this might cause you for not getting unbanned. Or your chance to get unbanned will be lower.

You can analyze your appeal clearly if you wanted to analyze it.

this looks like killaura but also looks like lag. I always see people kept glitching and move like this player in the waiting lobby or in game. And i had played against this player few times, never saw she/he hacking. Just saying.

Hey, could I also say that I was having problems with the server with network connections? Notice how in the video my character or avatar how you may want to call it isn't moving as smoothly. Also, I wasn't using client mods if you're asking for the truth. Have a nice day.

tbh hacking is more trouble than its worth on ios

I use both android and IOS, I tend to switch around both but, I do not recall if I was using an IOS or Android.

Saying you use andriod too gives a higher possibility you were using hacks bc its pretty easy to hack with an andriod device ._.

but what's the point of hiding the fact that I use Android and IOS, I wasn't using Kill Aura and It's their decision about the perspective of the situation.

I have played with iiMurders maaany times and never saw him hacking, and yeah as BloodLustRC says I have seen many players move like this when they are lagging both in game and hub

even sometimes when I lag my friends tell me I look like I am glitching out xd

I agree with you, I have also played with this player lots of times and I have not seen him hack.

Like five people have said wenz reported her, read all the replies so we dont end up with 50 people saying who they were reported by. and at this point, it's a staff decision, i suggest this thread is locked while staff think because this is out of hand, when ssun said she banned Murders for kill aura it should have been the end of it.

Saying you have never seen her hack does not clear their name, if you get really notable, like level 500 and be well-liked and then hack, everyone would say they havent seen you hack trying to help, your personal opinion isn't very helpful in this situation as someone should have tagged staff, then it's in their hands, not normal players.

I also want to point out that no more staff should be tagged for thios thread because they have been tagged prior, thanks for reading this wall of text.

My main point is that,
If your connection was bad, and the moving left and right part was right, you wouldn't have hit me so many times.
I agree with blue.
Could a staff lock this thread so that they can look through what we have said and come to a conclusion without anymore people interfering?
