Can't get YT rank

I can't get my yt rank, they are saying i cant claim because i have do it more than 3 times but i havent do i got already my yt rank and then i got Gold Rank and then it was ended (the golden rank) and i will get it back but i dont work whats wrong??
 
Can you please provide a screenshot to show you're the owner of the channel?

Hey there, can you provide that you own the YouTube account / channel?

Before staff set your rank up, you needed this following :

-You need atleast 1 or 2 BrokenLens video.

-100+ subscribers

-No illegal activities (For example : Stealing minecraft).

If you done all of this, Please tag a staff member so they can set your rank up! :)

The gold rank lasts for 30 days.
The diamond rank lasts for 90 days.
The emerald rank lasts forever.
To back your gold rank, you have to buy it again in the brokenlens shop at https://www.brlns.net/shop/

It's at least 1 Broken Lens video :)

It has nothing to do with that, he obviously understands VIP ranks, but when he got GOLD it removed his YT rank, so now his gold rank has ended he wants his YT rank back.

Please supply your youtube name, your username and a screenshot of where the subscriber button should be but isnt when you are logged into ur YT account.
