Am I Allowed To Advertise My YouTube Channel In Public Chat?

Hello, my IGN is R00M, I have YouTube/YT rank on the Broken Lens Server Network, and I was wondering am I allowed to advertise my YouTube channel in chat?
I get asked the question a lot people says stuff like "What's your channel?" And I Usually tell them.
But I was just wondering is that bankable, like is that considered advertising?
If someone could please tell me that would be appreciated,

You must have at least one Broken Lens video in order to advertise.

No, Advertising your YouTube channel is NOT Ban-able. It is Ban-able Only if you Advertise other Servers , Example : LifeBoat, MinePlex, etcetera. You should also have atleast 1 or 2 videos about BrokenLens to advertise

Advertising your youtube channel IS bannable, but not if you have the YouTube rank, and i know you own the rank.
