Unable to apply for YouTube rank with the correct info

There's an issue when I try to apply for YouTube rank. I do (>youtube [email protected] Savage_exe) and it says my info was incorrect. Idk, if it's case sensitive with my email, seeing as how certain letters in my YT email are uppercased, but I doubt that's the case. I've heard that the required sub count to apply for YT rank was 100 subs, and I exceed that. If someone could help me, I'd very much appreciate it.

I can tag staff to set your rank for you since you already provided proof that you own the account.
