(Staff are usually trained with Helper or Trial but sometimes they train automatically to be mod or admin)

While im not smart, my Asberger’s lets me remember things i don’t pay attention to, like hazard will say ‘Only mods can perm ban’ and then a few months later ill remember it but not where i got it from, so i peice together to put the bigger picture together hence, i know something that you all do not =3

however i can tweak it such that it is like
Staff will collect statements from 2 or more people deserving to be staff, then tell the forums and not reveal who said what. For example
Person A: I will ban hackers...
Person B: I want to improve this...
Then people can vote for person A or B without knowing identity. However staff must shortlist people

I think people should be given time for like 1 month and see what they did in the month to help brokenlens and staff should just keep an eye on them bcause making people staff is a big thing and being a staff is also big thing
