I'm confused on why I was banned

date & time: November 6 ,2017 at around 6:20PM. Eastern time zone

tserver banned on: Murder mystery

IGN: Wolf_Loyal

why you got banned: I don't know, I got off mm for a couple of minutes so i could clean something, and then i came back so that I could get back on and it said I was permantly banned form BrokenLens services, I am sorry, and I know that it is not really apologetic since I don't know what I did to get banned, even so I am sorry

Why should i get unbanned: I didn't do anything, at least that I know of, and if I did I am teribblybsorry and I won't do it again

Were you banned by an admin: I don't know (sorry)

How many times I've gotten banned: this is my first time getting banned
