You need to think, just because it says you're not banned doesn't mean you aren't, there's probably a reason why. Why do you think it says that and why do you think Ray asked that? If your username isn't banned, then that might mean that there could be someone else with the same IP as you that's banned which is why you're banned. That's why we need you to answer us, we're not asking you for no reason.

You are banned because you are on the same connection, This may cause a problrm or getting banned if someone was connected on your wifi then his or her account was banned..

You can still wait until your banned expires;)
