Can someone help me? Ouch, my brain hurts itself.

Hi, everyone. As the title says above, I've been active on the forums and been playing minecraft for many many months, but my brain actually hurts me at the moment after yesterday, because of as I said, the second sentence began. I don't know what happened to my brain. Before you ask, I really can't fix my brain, since I honestly have no idea how I can fix it and already fixed it about yesterday and today again, but it didn't work for me. Nothing works for me!!! It brothers me and makes me look like a bad person, like I did recently, and get angry at people here. I wonder if anyone can help?... Please, help with getting rid of the pain brain! ;-;

Also, I apologize for being so salty and mad at any of you. I'm sure that I'm like an idiot, but I hope that you can solve my problem. I really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance!

Do real life stuff instead of wasting your life here or on the internet in general all day.

I once got really sick for a whole week and my head was hurting like actual hell. I even had to skip school, and I vomited once or twice.
Why? Looking at my device too long.

So go do something in real life, it’ll help.

Is it the pain you get from the screen or is it your heart saying it’s hurting?

Spike if you brain hurts and the reason is a screen why are you than on the forums you need and device with a screen for this you know, so why don't you take a break and go sleeping or something else that you don't need a device with a screen that hurts you for.

:( drink lots of water take a painkiller pill and rest thats what i do when i have a headache XD

Lower your screen time daily to 5 hours or less, and get more sleep. There are multiple scientific studies that show that too much screen time can cause serious illness and if for very long periods of time, continuously, a small risk of cancer.
