Help needed...AGAIN

Ok so a long while ago I asked to get my account fixed because the password wasn’t working,i didn’t post it on a thread though so yea, so anyway they helped me fix it and everything and it worked! But then I went into a game and it logged me out so I tried to log back in, BUT IT DIDNT WORK...this happened a while ago and I haven’t been bothered to complain about the problem again until now, I think it didn’t work again because I used my same password,so next time I won’t do that again.

I already tagged staff so all you need to do is be patient for their response.

Do you have any proof you own the account? Maybe a screenshot showing your stats, a screenshot saying you won a game or one that shows the "Welcome back (username)".

No I don’t because I can’t have any proof of that without being able to login xD I do have a pic of my gamertag and skin though

Can you tell us your level, crew and amount of Global Wins (wins in total)?

Ok....I don’t remember my global wins, I think my lvl was like 19 or somethin like that, and I was in the flare crew, at least I THINK I was in the flarecrew, because I used to have another account called 1awsomeboy, ikr lame xD and I did a lot of stuff on that account but then I decided to change my account (which I use for pretty much everything now) Benjahusky, I can’t remember if I had joined the flarecrew on that account or if I had just joined no crew at all, like I said it happened a while ago and I haven’t been bothered to complain about it

So I checked your stats...

Your guess of level was close and your crew is TheFlareCrew. Your skin matches your stats.

So I think that should be enough proof for the staff to reset your account...not sure though. It depends which staff answers.

I think you tried at the time where password resetting didn't work for a while. Try joining again?
