1. Where and What is the shop?
A place where you can buy Kits, Walking trails, Death sounds, Clothing, and Magic Staff effects. You could also view achievements here and your settings.
The shop is located behind you when you spawn in the Broken Lens lobby. It says "BrokenLensMenu". See the picture below for a picture of the shop.
In order to make purchases in the shop, you need coins, which you could obtain when you win games and through the Mystic box.
2. What are coins and how do I get them?
Coins is something you earn after playing a match of a mini game. You could also earn coins through the Mystic box in the lobby. The amount of coins you receive varies from mini game to mini game.
You could buy items from the shop using coins (See above).
Some mini games where you can get a lot of coins by playing is MurderMystery, Splatter, OneInTheChamber, TagHunters, etc.
3. How do I add friends?
Let's say, you met a player while you were playing at BrokenLens. You want to remember the player and you want to be friends. You could add them to a friend list you have.
A Friend List is a list of all your friends. If you have a YT rank or no ranks at all, you could have a total of 99 friends. If you do have a rank, you could fill up with 100 more friends, having a total of 199 friends. You could always buy more friend slots at the BrokenLens ONLINE store.
To add friends, enter into your keyboard /friend add <insert username of who you want to be as friend>. Do NOT include the "<" and ">" signs.
If someone sent you a friend request, you could either accept it or deny it.
Accepting a friend request: /friend accept <username>
Denying a friend request: /friend deny <username>
If you have a lot of friend requests you want to accept, you could do /friend acceptall
You could also delete friends on your friend list. To delete friends, do /friend remove <username>
4. What does the /mystats command show me?
There is a command called the /mystats command. It shows you your informations like Kills, Deaths, Wins in a mini game, your Experience, your level, your rank, and more. Below is a picture of my stats.
My stats show my coin amount, my current level, my wins globally and in the mini game I accessed the /mystats command, my losses globally and in he mini game I accessed the /mystats command, my experience, how many experience I must gain towards the next level, how many gems I have, Kill, Deaths, votes toward the server, my current skin, and rank.
If you do /mystats in a particular minigame, it will show how many wins and losses you have in that minigame.
5. What are gems and how can I obtain them?
Gems is an item you could gain from playing games. You earn them randomly and there are four types: Red, Yellow, Blue, and Green. You earn different things when you open these gems.
Red gems: Very common
Yellow gems: Common
Blue gems: Rare
Green gems: Very rare (VIPs can only open these gems)

6. Some useful commands
/lobby This command is useful to going back to lobby when in a game. When using it for the first time, you get +5 Experience for doing so.
/bug This command is to report a bug you see while playing Broken Lens. You could also report it here on forums.
/frm This command allows you to talk to your friends in the same minigame.
/grm This command allows you to talk to your friends globally throughout different miniganes.
/trm With this command, you could talk to your team! You could use this in mini games like Team Skywars, Microbattles and more.
/crm Talk to the crew you are currently in with /crm!
/Report This command only works on the servers. You could report players breaking the rules with that command or you could report players on forums. It is recommended to report players on Forums because it is much quicker. To report someone in the server with that command, several more players are needed to report that same person in order for staff to take action.
7. What is Experience?
Experience is something you gain while playing games. You could also gain experience through opening gems with the mystic box. Gaining experience leads you to a more higher level. The more levels you gain, the more amount of experience you will need.
With the /mystats command, it will tell you how much experience you have and how much you need to gain for the next level.
MurderMystery, OneInTheChamber, TagHunter, Splatter, BowSpleef and QuakeCraft are examples of minigames where you could gain a lot of experience in a quick period of time.
8. Player Reports and Ban Appeals
Player Reports is a section found on forums where people report players that curse, hack, glitch exploit, have inappropriate usernames and skins, invisible skins, and more.
If you see someone breaking the rules, take a screenshot, upload the screenshot on forums, and wait for staff to reply. They will ban or mute the player.
Fly hacking, using mods, ban evading, and more is considered having a permanent ban. Talking inappropriate in /trm, several cases of severe bullying, glitch exploiting, and more are considered a temporary ban.
If you believe you are banned incorrectly, you are allowed to make a thread in the section "Ban Appeals". There, you will explain why you are wrongly banned and you must provide evidence (if you have) that you were banned incorrectly.
9. Resetting your password
You could reset your password if you want to. To reset your password, you must make a thread in the "Support" section on forums and you must provide a screenshot that you own your account. An example of a screenshot to prove your account is shown below.
An example of proof is a screenshot when you log into BrokenLens. It should say "Welcome Back <your username>"
10. How to Become Staff
If you want to become a staff member, there are requirements into becoming one. See the rest of the bulletpoints below.

Be active on both forums and servers. (On forums, you must have an Active Member and plus)
After you felt like doing all the above, you must create a staff application. A staff application is a private Conversation you must create with WarriorGirl3333 and vertx.* Explain to them why you would make a good staff and explain why they must pick you over other people. Remember, you must be patient since they have hundreds of applications to go through.
* You don't have to invite vertx to your staff application, that is if you want him to notice your work more.
11. Changing your username on Forums and Server
Forums: On forums, you could change your username. Your username is the name you have below your profile picture. To change it, ask the Admins, WarriorGirl3333 OR Springtrap_123 on their profile. It will take some time, since they are very busy.
It is advised to not ask Springtrap_123 to change usernames on forums on his profile due to an incident causing him to be inactive.
Server: The only way to change your username(IGN) is to purchase a Transfer Ticket at the BrokenLens ONLINE store. You must pay with PayPal and the transfer ticket costs $2.50. Please note all PayPal money is in United States Dollars.
