I recently saw the thread 'I forgot my password' And one of the mods asked for the welcome back sign, I personally disagree with this I mean like this 'Hey his a utuber OMG LETS STEAL his acc omg JUST screenshot OMG HIS VIDEO YAY' I personally record very less bad this threatens my account.

Finally, no, this is not considered an old thread, since this thread is only in the "Off-Topic" section, and that's okay if we posted a message in the old thread in it. I mean that basically we have to answer only the old threads in the "Off-Topic" section, which is allowed.
