Can’t login

hey guys I have the same problem as yall I can’t login or play any mini games I was logged in on the hub but once I joined the mini games like Tsw etc it’s like logging in... then I checked my level ITS LEVEL 1 IM LEVEL 38 my connection is fine but they say it’s not please fix these following bugs

Login bugs
Game bugs
Autoban hackers
Please fix these bugs I can’t help it I just want to play TSW please fix it I beg you vertex

Yes I have the same problem. BrokenLens staff is trying to fix it. They said it would take between an hour and a few days.

Incorrect. Staff don't fix bugs Developers do.
Also staff never said that or I haven't heard

Umm well i haven't played since march and i wanted to play but i got an xbox account and when i went to broken lens it doesn't let me login and i was in the lvl 100 and also i had lots of friends and now it just like rolled back
